HOW WE WORK
SAFETY OF EMPLOYEES
All employees are covered by WCB. To ensure their physical health and safety employees do not move anything heavier than 35 lbs nor do they climb ladders greater than 4 steps. If you require us to clean behind any heavy appliances or furniture we ask that you please move them prior to our arrival.
Should you wish to cancel or skip a scheduled appointment, please notify our office a minimum of 48 hours ( two business days) prior to your appointment. If we do not receive adequate notice the following cancellation fees will apply:
Within 24-48 hours (one to two business days) you will be charged 50% cancellation fee
Within 24 hours ( one business day) you will be charged 100% cancellation fee
Customer keys are stored in a safe and are assigned numeric code for identification. Your key will be intrusted to our staff at the beginning of the day and placed securely back in the safe at the end of the business day. Should you require your key back please arrange to pick it up from our office and present a piece of photo ID and sign our key release form.
BREAKAGE & LOSS
Our insurance policy provides a Comprehensive General Liability limit of amount . If your keys are lost or miscoded, we will cover the cost of key replacement or a locksmith up to $50.00
We provide our own cleaning products for our staff to use. These products are carefully prepared with your home and environment in mind. Should you wish for our staff to use a product of your choice because of Warranty ie: hardwood floor, granite or marble countertops, please discuss this prior to your first clean. All products are subject to approval.
We accept the following forms of payment : Visa, Mastercard, cheque or cash. Payment must be made in full to Amala Pure Clean upon completion of services. A $30.00 fee is applied to all NSF or declined cheques and a 3% finance charge will be applied to all overdue balances.
Move Out Cleans require a deposit of $150.00 to secure the date. These funds will be put towards your final invoice.
GUARANTEE OF SERVICE
Though we strive for exceptional cleaning on every visit sometimes things do not go as planned. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your clean, please contact our office within 24 hours of your clean and we will re-visit your home or office and make right our wrong, free of charge.
We recognize the importance and limitation of time. You can expect our staff to arrive within a 15 minute window of your scheduled appointment. If they are running behind due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances our office will keep you informed of their whereabouts and ETA.
It is the client's responsibility to provide parking for our staff. Any parking fees will be added to the client's invoice ie; parking meter, hourly parking garage.
